  • Lead and direct the overall operation of the community, aligning with the Sinceri Senior Living Mission Statement and Meaningful Moments Programming.
  • Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet financial goals within established budgetary guidelines.
  • Develop and implement employee and resident programs, ensuring effective management and marketing.
  • Oversee hiring, performance evaluation, and staff development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and community policies.
  • Effectively market the community to reach and maintain budgeted occupancy, understanding market trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with state regulators, the community, families, residents, and other professionals on behalf of the community and Sinceri Senior Living.
Requirements
  • Genuine concern for and ability to work with the elderly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must be licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources, and the general public.
  • Must meet all State health requirements.
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.
  • Subject to a criminal background check.
