We are searching for a detail-oriented candidate to assist in our search for an Order Processing Specialist If you are someone who can jump into a position with little direction, are looking for a temporary assignment, and want to be considered for this role, please contact us today

Responsibilities:

  • Complete and validate account change requests as submitted, and confirm data is correct
  • Educate internal clients on best practices for optimal understanding
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications quickly and accurately
  • Work with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectation
  • Cancel, suspend, and activate accounts per request
  • Work with compliance to review suspicious and conflicting data

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher level of education preferred
  • 6+ months of data entry or equivalent 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, as well as internet navigation
  • Great typing skills with a strong 10-key

Work Model:

  • Remote
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday
