This position is office-based, with limited travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer and Partner Support: Respond to incoming calls from small business customers or partners, providing exceptional assistance with their AT&T product and service inquiries.
  • Order Management: Accurately process orders for a variety of AT&T services, including telecommunication lines, internet services, and additional business solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, billing questions, technical difficulties, and order discrepancies with professionalism.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of AT&T's small business offerings and pricing to effectively guide customers.
  • Documentation: Diligently record customer interactions, orders, and issues within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to AT&T policies and procedures while assisting customers and processing orders.
  • Customer Education: Inform customers about AT&T's small business services, features, and benefits to aid in their decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AT&T Business Mobility services and products is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
