Key Responsibilities

  • Customer and Partner Support: Respond to incoming calls from small business clients or partners, providing exceptional support for their AT&T product and service inquiries.
  • Order Management: Process AT&T orders efficiently for various services, including telecommunication lines, internet access, and additional business solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, billing questions, technical difficulties, and order discrepancies with professionalism.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about AT&T's small business offerings and pricing to assist customers effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, orders, and issues accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to AT&T policies and procedures while assisting customers and processing orders.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a call center setting, ideally 2-3 years.
  • Familiarity with AT&T Business Mobility services and products is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
