We are growing rapidly and seeking a social media brand manager to coordinate campaigns, gain partnerships, build affiliate base, and strategize our next level growth on social media. With a combined 2.25M social media followers and an expanding product line, we're seeking a talented someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to the growth of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Elijah's Xtreme brand awareness and engagement.
- Guide in the creation of engaging and original content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Manage all social media channels, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools and technologies.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify Elijah's Xtreme reach and credibility.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Support product launches, promotions, and events with strategic social media campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas for social media content and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrated creativity and a passion for storytelling through social media content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
