Join Our Organization

The Vice President of Client Relations will play a pivotal role in establishing, educating, and nurturing new customer and client partnerships. This position will concentrate on fortifying connections with prospective clients and generating exclusive collaborations to facilitate business growth. The Vice President of Client Relations is a highly influential, entrepreneurial position and a crucial driver in executing the sales strategy for new accounts, both directly and through collaborative internal and external relationships. The focus will be on acquiring new customers through personal engagements with established networks of executive leaders across various healthcare environments, particularly in behavioral health and addiction treatment. The ideal candidate must effectively interact with diverse levels within the organization and client entities. A comprehensive understanding of the industry from both operational and sales viewpoints is essential. Attributes such as creativity, analytical thinking, high energy, self-motivation, persistence, a positive outlook, and the ability to concentrate on a specific strategy are vital for success. Professional presentation skills and executive presence are required. Knowledge of target and existing accounts and strategic decision-making processes is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in business and strategic development
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare workforce solutions and service markets
  • Demonstrated sales experience with an established network of potential clients and partners
  • Self-driven and capable of managing short deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ability to think strategically and sell effectively
  • Exhibit a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
  • Proven ability to build alliances and influence key decision-makers, both internally and externally, without formal authority
  • Manage client relationships through innovative problem-solving and customer insight
  • Self-starter who requires minimal direct supervision
  • Prior experience in contract management services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Polished and effective presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, including senior executive leadership. Serve as a liaison and primary contact for customers. Formulate strategies to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to sustain and enhance the pipeline by devising and implementing new revenue-generating strategies
  • Accountable for achieving revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Identify, create, and execute business strategies that offer opportunities for revenue growth and entry into new strategic markets
  • Contribute to business planning initiatives, such as developing win themes, monitoring the pipeline, overseeing bid development, establishing division priorities, and supporting proposal pursuits and reviews
  • Act as a business development leader across the organization, providing necessary support to personnel. This includes leading and mentoring the business development team, recruiting additional talent, and fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility, product presence, and revenue generation for all offerings
  • Lead processes from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation, and successful conclusion
  • Develop a knowledge base to ensure proposal compliance and guide the internal approval process (i.e., contract requirements)
  • Research and analyze prospect/client goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate how our organization's capabilities align with identified needs and foster success
  • Proactively network using traditional and social media methods to cultivate extensive relationships within target accounts
  • Manage territory proactively by creating territory plans and building a pipeline of target accounts to meet current and future growth objectives
Pay: $90-130K
