Job Overview

About the Position:

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts at Kintegra Health. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and securing exceptional candidates. Your primary objective will be to attract and select the most qualified individuals for our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will gain insights into their staffing requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs. Furthermore, you will maintain precise and current candidate records while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.


Position Responsibilities

  • This is a fully on-site recruitment role - remote or hybrid options are not available.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist in both external and internal hiring processes.
  • Devise recruitment strategies, which may encompass job posting enhancements, development of recruitment marketing channels, job board management, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
  • Identify and source suitable candidates for current vacancies.
  • Anticipate future talent requirements and proactively recruit and source candidates; build a talent pool through social engagement.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and job offers.
  • Guide candidates regarding corporate benefits, salary structures, and workplace culture.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other digital platforms to source candidates for open positions.
  • Engage in recruitment events, such as career fairs.
  • Employ applicant tracking systems to monitor candidates throughout the selection and onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Duties

  1. Assist with new employee orientations, ensuring all necessary forms comply with State and Federal regulations, including benefits enrollment.
  2. Generate various reports as required.
  3. Support leaders in documenting recruitment stages within the applicant tracking system.
  4. Maintain open lines of communication and keep HR personnel informed of relevant activities.
  5. Uphold confidentiality regarding Kintegra Health, its employees, and the patients/clients served.
  6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED with three years of experience in the HR field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline with one year of experience.
