Location: Alhambra, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We are dedicated to providing top-notch services and products to our clients and are looking for a motivated Administrative Support Specialist to help streamline our operations and support our sales team.
Position Overview: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This entry-level position involves a variety of tasks including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Automotive industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread correspondences and other formal documents.
- Answer and manage all inbound telephone calls professionally.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
- Process and manage account payables and receivables.
- Create and send invoices, and handle related inquiries.
- Respond to and manage email communications.
- Provide general administrative support to two salesmen in the automotive industry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
