Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales activities to promote our staffing agency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Execute outside sales activities to reach potential clients and expand market reach.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Provide top-notch customer service before and after sales transactions.
- Showcase sales qualities by setting sales targets and achieving them consistently.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in staffing sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in outside sales
