We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our growth in the industry. The ideal candidates will have experience in janitorial supplies and product sales for a variety of end markets. This is a key role for a great company and growing organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications
· Minimum of Three (3) years of experience selling in the Janitorial Supply/product industry in the Los Angeles area
· Proven track record for outside sales, onboarding, and maintaining customer relations
· Ability to conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
· Report to the owner on a weekly basis regarding sales efforts, meetings, and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth
· Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
· Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
· Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional account management skills
· Self-motivated with a strong drive for results, able to work independently as well as part of a team
· Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
· Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets
· Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Must have a reliable vehicle for traveling
· High School Diploma or GED
