Position Overview:

As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within your designated region. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and maximizing profitability. This is a remote position, based in Texas.

Responsibilities:

 

· Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients using multimedia tools such as PowerPoint.

· Cultivate expertise in crafting high-yield sales contracts through strategic marketing and tactical sales techniques.

· Utilize CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) to meticulously track sales activity, contacts, and customer history.

· Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities while revitalizing dormant accounts.

· Drive the sales process by promoting our full range of services, products, and equipment.

· Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

· Provide timely and accurate reporting to support sales goals and strategic planning efforts.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and suppliers, offering insights to management for informed decision-making.

· Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing assistance throughout the sales process.

· Must have adequate transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

· 10 new/current client visits per week

· 50- 60 calls to new or current clients per week

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field or Equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of previous field sales experience.

Proficiency in sales strategies, processes, and approaches.

Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Existing customer accounts or account base.

7+ years of previous field sales experience.
