IT Support Tech
Role is based in Dallas, TX. Starts at $25.10/hr and has the opportunity for 3 raises within the first year.

Responsibilities

  • Primary support contact for all employees for IT related issues.
  • Present a high degree of professionalism and customer service throughout all user interactions.
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Support and troubleshoot printers.
  • Support and troubleshoot software related issues including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Support and troubleshoot Audio/Visual equipment and software.
  • Assist in Office relocations and buildouts; some travel required.

Requirements

  • High School Degree.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Minimum two years supporting technology in a corporate networked environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Possess moderate knowledge supporting IP telephony systems and devices.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Active Directory user administration.
  • Possess basic knowledge of troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity.
  • Possess basic knowledge of data cabling and wiring.
  • Working knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment.
  • Must be able to use a computer and phone to conduct their duties. This includes the ability to use hands, talk, see, and hear. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, climbing, crawling, and kneeling. Required ability to push, physically handle, lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.

Reporting to our Dallas office with normal working hours of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST Monday – Friday.
