Define, curate, and convey Tech Mahindra's IT strategy and service offerings to various stakeholders at the executive level, aiming to:

Support Pre-Sales & Strategic Architecture Teams
- To identify and develop the most suitable products and service capabilities for Tech Mahindra's clients, aligned with market trends and the specific business strategies of each client.
Focus on Major Deals
- Possess the vision and capability to conceptualize and disseminate large deal strategies to sales and pre-sales teams, enabling both proactive and reactive proposal pitches through relevant client partners, chief transformation advisors, delivery heads, business excellence teams, and large deal teams.
Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Assist account teams in articulating the intrinsic business value of sales proposals to key customer stakeholders and buyer organizations. Actively support proposal defense, engage with select customer executives and board members, and enhance the likelihood of successful deal closures.
Promoting Innovation & Providing Thought Leadership
- Enhance the company's brand image by delivering thought leadership through the development, presentation, and representation of Tech Mahindra's Strategic IT Transformation perspective at significant industry events.

Required Skills:
Strategic Insight:
The candidate should possess extensive business and IT technology expertise with a global perspective in the telecommunications sector. They must be capable of articulating the overarching vision, demonstrating how business and technology transformations can be interconnected and impact each other over various timeframes.
Subject Matter Expertise:
The candidate should be a recognized expert in the Telecom IT business, with a wealth of diverse experience. They must clearly articulate how to align IT strategy with business strategy to enhance value, particularly in the adoption of new technologies, especially AI/GenAI, integrated with cybersecurity measures.
Business Acumen:
The candidate should exhibit exceptional business acumen to effectively communicate how to create value, sustain operations, and maximize returns within the telecommunications industry.
Analytical Proficiency:
The candidate should be adept at correlating global events with the local business context and proposing business improvements and sustainability initiatives.
Experience:
- Must possess 20 to 25 years of leadership experience in roles such as CIO or Chief Enterprise Architect at a reputable telecommunications operator.
- The candidate should be a contemporary industry expert, commanding a significant level of professional respect.
- Experience across various geographies, business sectors, and technology domains, with a proven track record of managing substantial business and technology transformations through direct involvement.
- Experience with hyper-scalers will be considered an additional advantage.
