Finance and Market Share
  • Revenue Enhancement:
    • Analyze sales data and inventory turnover rates to identify high-margin products, implementing strategies to promote and increase sales of these items.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging products, ensuring the dispensary's inventory remains competitive and appealing to customers.
Safety and Compliance
  • Compliance:
    • Stay informed about local and state regulations related to cannabis inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Inventory Management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Solid understanding of cannabis regulations and inventory control best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.

  • Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management or related field is a plus.
Additional notesThe job requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, walking, and lifting or moving up to 40 pounds (or more with a co-worker). Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
