Analyze Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreements and perform assessments based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), incentives, and mutual contracts to ensure compliance from both Bristow and the OEM.
Collaborate with maintenance and fleet engineering teams to accurately capture aircraft movements, extensions, and heavy maintenance activities in our planning, strategically integrating various tasks into cohesive work scopes.
Conduct cost comparison analyses as needed.
Support special initiatives such as system migrations and process standardization.
Complete the model and region-specific Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC) and escalation tables utilized during tender analysis procedures.
Ensure accurate ownership of materials in the ERP system.
Work closely with purchasing teams regarding anticipated requirements, promptly identifying shortages for maintenance teams and developing alternative strategies.
Assess and evaluate OEM Initial Provisioning Lists (IPLs) for new fleets and recommend inventory purchases based on thorough evaluations.
Engage with OEMs to analyze unscheduled parts usage and recommend inventory levels for both Bristow and the OEM, establishing KPIs to monitor performance.
Maintain and execute material consignment agreements, ensuring they are current with the necessary parts and monitoring vendor performance.
Collaborate with the repairs team to identify Turnaround Times (TATs) that do not meet forecasted needs and suggest additional inventory purchases when appropriate.
Work alongside CAMO, Maintenance Organizations, and Supply Teams to identify obsolete materials and make cost-effective decisions regarding upgrades, disposal, or sales.
Ensure the ERP system is updated with relevant fleet types.
Analyze priority orders and parts cannibalizations, executing reasonable corrective actions to minimize aircraft downtime (e.g., inventory purchases, liaising with OEMs to ensure parts availability).
Assist in changes to the ERP system, including the transfer of materials between systems.
Perform any other assigned duties.

Essential Qualifications:
Strong comprehension of material planning and inventory management.
Solid understanding of supply chain aspects of contracts.
Experience in managing Key Performance Indicators both internally and externally.
Proficient in creating data visualizations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Innovative mindset.
Excellent critical thinking abilities, capable of objective analysis and evaluation for sound judgment.
Advanced computer/software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
Experienced in data analysis related to maintenance and/or inventory, with the ability to make predictions and inferences from data sets.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to present statistical data clearly and meaningfully to non-specialists, both in reports and visual formats.
Adept at managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a diverse workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to adapt and grow in response to organizational changes (e.g., implementing a new ERP system).
Capability to lead data initiatives, develop actionable plans, and influence colleagues and stakeholders for successful implementation.
