Position Details Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, the Manager, Cost Accounting is responsible for leading a team that manages the accounting, reporting, and analysis of inventory and freight for the financial results of the company. The role leads the standards and global applications of U.S. GAAP and associated reporting for inventory and freight related activities of the Company, primarily the High Touch Solutions N.A. segment. You Will Manage an inventory and freight accounting team through month-end reporting and analysis. Partnering with the business and financial management to understand performance of inventory and freight for the business. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley act including design and operation of internal controls over balance sheet and income statement accounts. Evaluate standard global finance policies and ensure they meet U.S. GAAP requirements and address future business needs. Support quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audit by external and internal auditors. You Have Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related major. 5+ years of experience including U.S. GAAP, financial Statements, and project management. Excellent analytical skills The ability to develop partnerships, and work with others to accomplish objectives.
