  • Review daily reports for precision and implement necessary inventory modifications.
  • Educate and mentor shift leaders to uphold consistent scheduling, inventory management, and reporting protocols.
  • Propose enhancements for inventory and reporting challenges to boost operational efficiency.
  • Adopt continuous improvement methodologies and track essential performance indicators.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity, emphasizing data accuracy and safety compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and fundamental mathematical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of producing reports, presenting information, and addressing inquiries.
  • Aptitude for resolving practical issues and interpreting various types of instructions.

Work Environment:

This role will be situated in both office and plant settings, requiring regular interaction and movement among team members and visitors. Some after-hours support may be necessary.
