Position Summary:
The Communications Specialist will be responsible for designing graphics and videos for PE's communications team, writing effective messages for executives and the division, and accelerating collaboration across PE groups using various platforms. The role aims to advance organizational and leadership communication capabilities and act as a trusted communications partner and coach throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Create various graphics and videos to serve PE's communications needs.
- Write compelling messages and stories for the PE divisions.
- Collaborate with internal business partners (HR, Leadership, etc.) to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
- Execute communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team accurately and timely.
- Manage core communication channels and vehicles, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy, and messages.
- Strengthen employee engagement and advocacy of the PE brand and culture through targeted campaigns, including consistency in branding and delivery, and evaluating ongoing business needs to deliver the right communication via the right channel.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of internal websites and other digital channels as a content creator and thought leader.
- Stay abreast of emerging communications trends and establish best practices.
- Create and/or facilitate Division Meetings.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create projects from beginning to end, set targets, meet deadlines, and measure performance.
- Experience in photography and photo editing.
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Strong graphic design skills for print and digital.
- Customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite of design software.

- Experience in 3D modeling.
