As a key member of our crew, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing systems that elevate luxury, performance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Innovators: Design and implement aircraft modifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Master Mechanics: Perform precision sheet metal and structures work, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Program Management Pros: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
  • Logistics Wizards: Manage the flow of materials and resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of aircraft sheet metal/structures experience or equivalent combination of training/education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Boeing, -800, and -900 aircraft, with BBJ preferred.
  • Solid understanding of precision measuring tools and basic tools.
  • Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and other company-specific applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan work effectively.
  • Willingness to work extended hours or second shift, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant or Repairman's Certification.

Work Environment:

The Aviation Structures Specialist will work in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to noise, smells, dust, and fumes typically associated with an industrial manufacturing/aviation environment.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional exposure to hazardous conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
