Key Responsibilities
· Manage and prioritize the daily technician deployment schedule. Maintain the calendar with installations and support dispatches, meetings, tower maintenances, time off requests, etc. Keep in communication with technicians to ensure they are running on schedule and update the calendar as needed.
· Manage all external and internal correspondence. Answer and direct phone calls, review and respond to emails, open support and inquiry tickets as needed, contact customers for scheduling purposes, etc.
· Conduct daily ticket audits to ensure timely responses to the customers, verify invoice creation, verify follow-up completions, etc.
· Process and create invoices, ensure accurate and timely payments, address customer invoice and payment questions.
· Act as a point of contact between internal team and external customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance when needed.
Requirements
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
· Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Position Type, Pay, & Benefits
· Full-time, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
· Starts at $20/hour
