·       Strong knowledge of APQP process, PPAP and AIAG CQI-17 Soldering System

·       Ability to multitask and manage several projects and assignments simultaneously

·       EMS Assembly & Soldering Process Failure Analysis

·       SMT (Service Mount Technology) Implementation and Assembly

·       SMT Assembly and Soldering Process Failure Analysis

·       EMS/Supplier Process and Quality Assessment Audits

·       Process Risk Assessment and Management

·       Manufacturing yield improvement

·       Equipment Evaluation and Selection
