Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality systems, plans, and policies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead efforts to identify and mitigate high-impact reoccurring issues through data-driven decision making and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Lean transformation and Six Sigma methodology adoption.
  • Provide strategic planning and annual goal setting for the quality organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Direct and facilitate supplier evaluations, business reviews, and KPI presentations to executive leadership, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality, with 5+ years as a Quality Manager with direct reports.
  • Proven track record of managing and maintaining globally recognized Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ability to design and implement quality systems, applying methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and more.
  • Thorough knowledge of inspection techniques, control methods, and documentation practices.
