Position Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating to customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Thorough product knowledge so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with sales managers and sale reps as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
CSR Requirements:
- Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft 365 Suite
- Experience working with customer support
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
