About the Role

At TruStone Financial Credit Union, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Provide timely and effective support to members via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Operational Activities: Perform advanced functions and provide universal support for department operational activities and financial services, ensuring seamless delivery of services to members.
  • Knowledge and Training: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and products, providing training and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership skills, providing guidance and support to colleagues, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of related financial or customer services experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills, experience with computer systems, MS Office, and mobile devices.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work as a team player, be flexible and dependable, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
