ISO / QMS Project Manager.

Due to projected growth Elite E/M is seeking to hire an ISO/QMS Project Manager to its team.

Elite E/M is a precision high reliability supplier of machined and fabricated metal parts located in Santa Clara, CA and servicing the semiconductor test industry, industrial equipment, and high-level equipment integrator for prototypes, engineering runs, and production.

The ISO / QMS Project Manager will document Elite E/M processes into a Quality Management System (QMS) suitable for applying for the ISO 9001:2015 certification and other future certifications such as AS9100 and ISO 13485. After achieving certifications, the ISO/QMS Project Manager will support the maintenance of the QMS and will lead all external audits to maintain the certifications.

Preferred Qualifications include:

Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in developing a Quality Management Systems that covers production, materials, quality assurance, shipping/receiving, KPIS, continuous improvement and administrative functions to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Some experience with metal machining and fabrication is helpful but not required. Knowledge of lean processes and its implementation with the use of KPIS is also very helpful.
