Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cold Caller to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to break into the commercial real estate brokerage business and thrive in a high-energy environment. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to commercial real estate prospects to gauge their interest in selling their properties. You will work on closing leads and handle all aspects of the commercial real estate transaction process. Hands-on training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to commercial real estate prospects to introduce our services and identify potential sellers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their interest in selling their commercial properties.
  • Manage and track leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
  • Assist in handling various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation and coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members and utilize resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate persistence, confidence, and a strong work ethic in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Real estate license or actively obtaining one is required.
  • Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and think creatively.
  • Persistent, resourceful, and motivated to succeed in the commercial real estate field.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
