Job Purpose:
At Peak Commercial, our highly skilled real estate agents represent property owners and investors. Whether your clients need assistance with buying or selling income properties as a qualified agent you will have the expertise to provide them with professional representation to help them achieve their real estate investment goals.
Training and Coaching:
- Prospect clients through cold calling, networking, and various other systems and activities
- Dialogue training on phones, email and business meetings
- Evaluating income properties utilizing proprietary tools
- Detailed understanding of how to get a deal from beginning to close and paid
- Listing presentations and how to present to a Seller
- Provide financial information and analytical data to potential buyers or sellers
- Negotiate on behalf of buyers, sellers and most importantly yourselves
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow your own book of leads/investors
- Facilitate acquisition and sale transactions
- One-on-One coaching with top producing agents in the industry
Minimum Qualifications:
- Real Estate license active or pending
- Positive attitude
- Coachable / good listener
- Excellent work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real Estate and/or sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communications skills both verbally and written
- Computer savvy
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree
