What You’ll Do:
As our Business Development Manager/Sales Professional, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and the community. Your main goal will be to expand our reach, increase our customer base, and ultimately, help more people find their perfect home.

Lead Generation & Networking: Attend community events, connect with realtors, builders, and other partners to build a strong referral network.
Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their needs, educate them on our mortgage products, and guide them through the process.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, ensuring we meet and exceed our targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish.
