An Industry leading company with a Facility in the Farmington Hills, MI area who are industry leaders in the design, build and installation of Capital Equipment are actively seeking a Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Manager looking for opportunities with a good work / home life balance, minimal travel, and excellent job and company stability.
Sales Director Salaries are anticipated to be $130-150k per year based on each candidates experience and education. Plus annual performance bonuses in the 5 to 10% range. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k matching, and bonus opportunities.
Well qualified Sales Directors will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experiences:
- 5 plus years of capital equipment sales experience
- 5 plus years of closing multimillion dollar capital equipment projects
- Experience leading a team of Sales Engineers, Application Engineers and Field Representatives
- Able to travel approximately 30% for 2-5 day business trips.
- Strong work ethic, and strong written and oral communication skills.
