The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with intent to follow through on their own. They will be neat & have excellent organizational skills. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy, take initiative with projects & have some experience in the administrative field.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls, e-mails, letters, and other forms of correspondence.
- Communicating with fellow employees efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Preparing and distributing job related paperwork.
- Supervising schedules for members of the staff.
- Managing agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, friendly, and engaging, with a hospitality mindset.
- Confident energetic phone voice - ability to speak clear English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs-PCs, Google Docs, & CRM scheduling programs.
- High school diploma & working drivers license.
