About Touch Dynamic We are a nationally recognized, certified US designer and manufacturer of All-in-One Touch All-in-One touch terminals, small form factor PC’s, mobile POS tablets and touch screen monitors for hospitality, retail, healthcare, government, and industrial industries. Our ideal candidate is organized, works with minimal supervision, and is familiar with data entry.  Overview:The Office Admin will play a key role in supporting our office operations. This role involves order entry, invoicing, shipping, and assisting with special projects across different departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent customer service skills, organized, and capable of handling multiple task efficiently.

A Day in the Life of an Office Assistant: 
  • Generate and issue invoices based on processed orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 
  • Coordinate shipping processes, including preparing shipping documents, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. 
  • Receive, enter, and process incoming orders from multiple sources.
  • Assist with daily office tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. 
  • Address client inquiries and provide support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma. 
  • Preferred experience in:  Microsoft Word, Outlook 360, Sage 100, Salesforce, SharePoint, Customer Service and Data Entry.
  • Previous office work experience preferred but not required.
