Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for developing, managing and improving our daily fulfillment operations. As the department coordinator, this role will be responsible for building, training and managing a team of over 10 fulfillment specialists that will assist at scale in the fulfillment operations.

This role will oversee our larger volume wholesale fulfillment, as well as our direct-to-consumer e-commerce fulfillment. 

Success in this role will be determined by a handful of metrics, including increased customer satisfaction through shipping speed, accuracy and efficiency. Execute a data-driven, measure-to-manage approach wherein specialists utilize our proprietary fulfillment software that will allow us to monitor output through KPIs .

 

Fulfillment Operations: Manage daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of fulfillment associates. Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing support and development.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience: Monitor order fulfillment metrics and address any issues related to order accuracy, shipping delays, or customer complaints. Ensure a high level of customer service.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on fulfillment performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of fulfillment processes and address any cross-functional issues.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, train and manage a team of fulfillment specialists
  • Accurately fulfill our e-commerce orders daily Daily fulfillment of wholesale orders across partners like Fanatics, Target and more
  • Daily fulfillment of our drop-ship orders from partner outlets
  • Finish produced goods with additional items like barcodes and authenticity stickers
  • Finalize wholesale orders in boxes and finish with shipping label to send to customer
  • Expert knowledge of our partners, our product, style names, and quality standards
  • Work with Production to ensure complete delivery of finished goods
  • Keep fulfillment area organized and easy to navigate 
  • Highly focused and driven towards goal of maximizing daily shipping output and reducing errors
  • Work with properties such as NFL, NBA, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney and more
  • Contribute to overall innovation and suggestions to progress output
  • Coordinate via internal communication tools across entire company

 

Required Skills:

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) = major plus
