Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product management, particularly with Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS). This role is crucial for boosting our online visibility, driving sales, and refining user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Oversight
    • Administer and enhance Trulieve's e-commerce platforms utilizing Magento (Adobe Commerce).
    • Execute and manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
    • Analyze website performance and user engagement to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement
    • Improve the online shopping journey by applying best practices in UX/UI design.
    • Address support inquiries and troubleshoot e-commerce platform issues.
    • Collaborate with customer service and retail teams to resolve customer inquiries and challenges.
  • Content Management
    • Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS for content creation, updates, and management.
    • Work alongside brand and content teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand standards and marketing strategies.
    • Regularly update the website with the latest products, news, and promotional content.
  • Digital Marketing Initiatives
    • Design and implement e-commerce marketing campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
    • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance search visibility and ranking.
    • Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Data Analysis
    • Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of e-commerce efforts.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine website features and marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to shape marketing strategies and enhance conversion rates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Enterprise CMS, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including AEM, Photoshop, and Adobe Commerce.
  • Experience with Google Suite tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Ability to utilize heat mapping for user interaction analysis.
  • Experience with AI for content personalization and customer experience improvement.
  • Ability to derive marketing insights from web analytics to inform content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Expertise in Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
