Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead business development initiatives in Metro NYC (Long Island, NYC and Northern NJ), Southern VA, NC & SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the security industry, and the ability to cultivate strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking within the security and surveillance industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, integrators, whole sales distributors, consultants, and end-users in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach in meeting customer needs.
• Conduct face-to-face product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our security solutions.
• Provide accurate pipeline, sales forecasts, and reports to senior management on a regular basis using a CRM system and other such tools.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in physical security, video surveillance or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, IP video and cloud solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory as needed.
• Must be able to handle up to 35 lbs. of carrying and equipment set up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Competitive commission structure based on achieved sales targets.
