Position Summary

Are you a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Manager, or Medical Referral Coordinator looking to transition into a sales and relationship management role? Infusion For Health is seeking a driven Provider Liaison Specialist to build and manage relationships with physician practices and enhance our patient referral network.

In this full-time, hybrid position, you'll leverage your healthcare experience to educate physicians and their staff about our infusion services, foster new relationships, and support referring practices. You’ll be based in Southern California (preferably Los Angeles, South Bay or Orange County area) and will primarily focus on supporting clinics in the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to physician practices to understand their referral patterns and promote Infusion For Health’s services.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-volume physician practices to increase patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to manage referrals, provide training, and streamline communication with physician offices.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of practices, documenting successes and reporting outcomes to management.
  • Work closely with marketing and operational teams to improve engagement and community outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to achieve growth goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Manager, or Medical Referral Coordinator is highly valued.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related role, with a preference for those who have worked in sales or patient referrals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and educate healthcare providers.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans independently, with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working directly with physicians and managing key accounts.
