The HR Generalist will drive the initiative to function in a paperless environment and work with the HR Team to streamline reporting and auditing functions. Excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who would like to learn various aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to: new hire paperwork, documentation requirements, worker's compensation, benefits, unemployment, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks with in HRIS systems
  • Upload incoming documents to associate files.
  • Audit incoming new hire packet for complete documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and problem solve for first caller resolution when possible
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed
  • Operate in a team environment to solve issues, ask questions and be a knowledge source
  • Rotate job tasks on a periodic basis to increase team knowledge of all working aspects of HR
  • Other HR projects on an as needed basis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize daily tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and responsibility
  • Strong computer skills
  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
