Job DescriptionJob Description

The B2B Sales Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key business clients. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, provide updates on products/services, and address any issues.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
