Account Manager- Customer Service

Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Temporary Account Manager to join our client's customer service team. This role offers a great opportunity to be a part of an engaging team and positive office culture.
Employment type: Contract
Duration: 3-4 months minimum
Location: Downtown Denver, 100% onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00 pm or 7:30 am-4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage key customer accounts, utilizing customer portals for order management, product details, and data analysis.
- Handle daily inquiries via phone and email, including pricing, availability, emergency orders, backorder status, tracking/shipping information, and returns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing timely resolutions and guidance on complex issues.
- Initiate and expedite production for products based on customer requirements.
- Provide product information, competitive product interchange, and product substitutions to customers.
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM or similar tools to track customer cases.
- Support CX team in meeting monthly metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and drive for customer success through relentless follow-up.
- Experience building relationships with customers and collaborating effectively with a team.
- Interest in learning about complex and unique customers in industrial and automotive markets.
- Ability to make decisive actions based on individual customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to work within database systems.
- Disciplined and supportive of guidelines, policies, and metrics as established by the CX team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
