The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers within the Rocky Mountain region. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Perform market research and development
  • Pursue and procure product approval from governing agencies
  • Perform prospecting and pursue new opportunities
  • Perform presentations, Introduce and demonstrate products and equipment to contractors, government agencies, engineers and spec writers.
  • Determine job material needs by reviewing blueprints and specifications.
  • Track progress of specified products from job design through construction to completion to ensure our products are specified, purchased and installed properly
  • Follow up


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • All candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to spend sufficient time out of the office and on the road as business dictates
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • All applicants must be willing to undergo per-employment assessment w/ background check and substance abuse screening.


Please Note; DISSCO is a small but growing family owned and operated company with only 11 to 12 employees. If you desire to quickly climb the corporate ladder and be the boss, DISSCO is not for you.
