About this Job:
We are looking for a positive and dependable person with great communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to join our team

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Estimator (Preparing/E-Mailing/Following-Up on Quotes)
  • Scheduling and Updating the Installation Schedule
  • Working with General Contractors and Suppliers, Supporting the Project & Office Manager with Specific Project Requests
  • Coordinate and Maintain Spreadsheets
  • General Administrative Functions Including: Back-Up of Incoming Calls, Reading/Sending E-Mails, Photocopying, Scanning, Faxing, etc.

About Us:

We are a small Manufacturer/Installer of Athletic & Gymnasium Equipment, in business for over 30 years installing our equipment across the country in Schools, Recreation Centers and Athletic Facilities.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Administrative Experience
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Experience Working for other Trades/Contractors preferred but not required
  • Attention to Detail
  • Dependable and Punctual
