NextStep Recruiting is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Professional to join our client’s team in downtown Dallas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a well-established financial services company. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic salesperson adept at building strong client relationships and executing effective insurance strategies. A qualified candidate must bring a book of business with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote life insurance, long-term care, and disability income products.
  • Identify and connect with affluent individuals, families, and business owners to offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Generate and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and independent prospecting.
  • Establish relationships with key contacts to introduce and offer insurance services.
  • Stay informed on regulatory and industry changes affecting clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in life insurance and long-term care sales.
  • Life and Health insurance license required; Securities licenses (6/63 or 7/66) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
