Conduct thorough consultations to assess new customers' insurance needs, risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status. Create tailored insurance solutions that exceed expectations.
Provide Exceptional Customer ServiceDeliver warm and professional service to new and existing clients, including appointment booking, inquiry responses, insurance eligibility, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies.
Grow New BusinessDevelop a prospective client base through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements.
Stay Ahead of Industry DevelopmentsAttend training sessions and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner. Monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements- Highly Self-Motivated and Self-Disciplined
Ability to work effectively and independently, with a strong desire to help others.
Outgoing PersonalityDevelop relationships with clients and colleagues, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Insurance Industry ExperiencePrior experience in the health insurance or life insurance industry is a strong bonus. Active Life & Health insurance license is highly desirable.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree desired.
