**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will act as a liaison between insurance companies and agents, recruiting and supporting them in selling life insurance products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents and agencies
  • Initiate agent interest in life insurance products, services, and programs
  • Provide product expertise and support to agents, including product illustrations, case design, and application assistance
  • Educate agents on how to position life insurance products within appropriate solutions for their clients
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and sales programs to drive life insurance sales
  • Track cases and sales performance
  • Perform daily cold calls to independent life insurance agents

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of life insurance experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Computer and CRM experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • College degree
  • CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) certification
  • LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) certification
