Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Set meetings with new and potential clients to understand their needs, financial statuses, and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances.
  • Insurance Industry Expertise: Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish.
  • Sales Strategies: Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base.
  • Risk Management: Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with accounting and/or sales lead software is a plus, and some computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office are required.
  • Insurance License: An insurance license is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations.

Compensation: $60,000
