Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Work with our existing book of clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on suitable life insurance policies.
Policy Recommendations: Offer personalized recommendations on life insurance products such as term life, whole life, and universal life insurance based on clients financial goals and situations.
Client Support: Ensure a high level of service by addressing client inquiries, reviewing their current coverage, and assisting with any policy updates or adjustments.
Application Management: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Facilitate communication between clients and insurance carriers to streamline the underwriting process.
Ongoing Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and advice as their needs evolve.
Performance Goals: Achieve and exceed performance metrics set by the agency while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in life insurance sales or a related financial services field is preferred. Familiarity with a range of insurance products and client management is advantageous.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Texas life insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills. Ability to simplify complex insurance information and provide clear, actionable advice.
Attributes: Highly motivated, customer-centric, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships.
