Job Responsibilities:Provide accounting and reporting support to Finance Manager
Managing all Accounts Payable and Receivable activities
Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Auditing, tracking, correcting, and reporting accounting discrepancies
Keeping management informed and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Process invoice payments
Complete partnership financial reporting
Manage client co-op funds and understand the process of submitting documents needed from dealers effectively
Continued education of accounting, finance, and other related principles
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Advanced Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
1-2 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Budget management experience with the ability to manage large client budgets
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Familiarity basic accounting procedures
- Experience with Cooperative Advertising
- Experience working with automotive dealerships
- Experience working for a construction or equipment company
