The Patient Services Associate is a full-time hybrid position.
Requirements:
- Must be SSCW, BSW, CSW certified or have previous patient advocacy experience.
- The candidate will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for a variety of comprehensive patient services, including 1:1 support, management of our emergency grant program, patient/family education and advocacy, and organizational tasks.
- Candidates must have some direct client services experience, preferably in the non-profit or medical space.
- They must have the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends (only a few dates per year).
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation and the ability to meet the organization's minimum auto insurance requirements.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
