Patient Services Coordinator

Covenant Physician Partners is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide cheerful and polite communication on all phone calls.
- Respond quickly to each incoming phone call.
- Accurately obtain and enter all required patient information.
- Assist callers with their needs and direct them to the appropriate recipient.
- Schedule appointments for optimal patient experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience in a customer service setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers, multi-line phones, and other office equipment.
- Assertive and attentive customer service at all times.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to read situations.
