Elite Engineered Solutions, LLC is seeking an ‘Account Manager’ to join our team This person will be a valuable part of our sales team expansion to increase our distributor and service market share within manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution facilities in the upstate and potential Southeast region. The focus of this vital role is to aggressively develop new customers in the upstate while managing other opportunities throughout the southeast as needed.
Responsibilities:
- B2B development of new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and call on prospective customers using numerous sources including routine cold-calling, phone calls, emails, online research, social media, trade shows, conferences, other events, etc.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company focused equipment/products and services for ability to properly provide presentations, demonstrations, educate, and answer customer questions.
- Manage company work flow processes (ie. CRM, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, etc.)
- Ability to properly manage multiple customer orders and projects at one time while still maintaining details within each.
- Ability to properly manage various reports, activity logs, customer list orders, projects, notes, history, contact information, etc.
- Conduct daily visits and face to face meetings at customer facilities to increase opportunities while expanding relationships.
- Implement and continue to support company marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, values, and to provide a positive representation of the company under all circumstances.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, bachelor degree preferred (business, marketing, mechanical engineering)
- 2+ years industrial experience preferred (B2B sales, cold-calling, business development, project management)
- Clean driving record.
- Must be willing to travel out of town (overnight), work evenings and weekends to maintain customers, up to 75% travel.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Strong negotiation.
- Ability to read basic blueprints (experience with Solidworks & AutoCAD preferred)
- Apple product knowledge preferred (ie. iMac, iPhone, iPad)
- Excellent computer skills, creating word documents and spreadsheets.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Mechanical and innovative mindset.
Other:
- Base salary based on experience, plus rewarding sales commissions.
- Company vehicle or vehicle mileage reimbursement.
- Company computer, company phone, and general company office equipment.
- Future benefits and waiting period to be determined.
