Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of at least 15 clients with varying needs.
  • Perform bookkeeping and payroll services using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare business tax returns and handle IRS resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an accounting firm is required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong accounting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients regularly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • No specific licenses are required for this position.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).
  • Location: This is an in-office position; candidates must be able to commute to our office daily.
  • Salary: $4,000 per month.
